Matthew Allen is an artist, designer and photographer working out of Southern California. Matthew studied Art and Design at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo before accepting work at Surfer Magazine. While at Surfer Magazine, Matt spent his nights working on the clothing project The Ryde and is currently their Creative Director. Matthew remains busy by doing T-shirt art, clothing design, photography and web design. Matt has shown his personal work throughout California and now you see Matt’s “Count Your Blessings” artwork displayed in all of the guest rooms of the hotel.
